Need to make a claim? Relax. You can rely on us to make life easy. Better still, we promise to deal with your claim quickly and fairly.
Just follow our 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Have your policy number to hand (you’ll find it at the top of your policy schedule)
Step 2: Call our claims team on 0844 412 4296* no later than 31 days after the event. Please only use this telephone number to register your claim.
Step 3: Let our friendly team guide you through making a claim.
